Developed a sales strategy and the sales team to
achieve close to 100% increase in sales year on year.
Managed CRM selection and implemenation for a key
client which resulted in doubling the sales conversion
rate. Importantly the programme costs were funded
by savings in previous telemarketing activity which
was no longer needed once the CRM sytem was in place.
